Having identified prospective properties Gemini Lettings will arrange for you to view the properties. These will be arranged at a time to suit you, Viewing will always be accompanied by a Gemini Residential Lettings member of staff, who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.Application
Having selected a property, we need you to complete a written application form to apply to rent the property. Gemini Staff will discuss the total costs and requirements with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.Rent
Rents are normally quoted on a calendar month basis. In addition, the tenant is normally responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs.Rents are payable by standing order (unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance) to the GEMINI Client Account, monthly in advance, with the first months rent due before taking occupation of the premises.
